Sacrament of Confirmation


Download the Registration Form and contact our office to register for the Sacrament of Confirmation. The registration form and all other certificates must be included to register for the preparation program, which costs $100 per candidate (including book, certificate, confirmation gown rental, etc.).

We require the candidate's Baptismal Certificate if not baptized here at Holy Angels Church. Sponsors must provide their long-form baptismal certificate which includes an annotation of their Sacrament of Confirmation. (Otherwise, they must provide the Confirmation certificate).

The deadline for registration is October 14, 2024.
